Graft was commissioned to review and evaluate the NHSH website, prioritise the current and future needs of users, and identify technical requirements to underpin redevelopment work.
Approach
We ran a two-month programme of citizen, professional and stakeholder engagement. This involved 16 in-depth interviews, 2 focus groups and an online survey of 95 respondents, alongside analysis of 14 NHS Health Board websites.
Confidence in the brief for website redesign through a report that outlined key recommendations, which was approved by the Senior Leadership Team to progress to procurement.
Appointment of the right web design partner through continued advice to the project team during specification and appointment.
An enhanced experience for NHS Highland web users with the relaunched website in 2021.
