Graft was commissioned to review and evaluate the NHSH website, prioritise the current and future needs of users, and identify technical requirements to underpin redevelopment work.
We ran a two-month programme of citizen, professional and stakeholder engagement. This involved 16 in-depth interviews, 2 focus groups and an online survey of 95 respondents, alongside analysis of 14 NHS Health Board websites.
