Background

Our client's strategy articulated an ambition to diversify through more premium and experiential offerings.
To achieve this ambition, the company's design team wished to push their level of learning and be inspired to design ‘beyond product’, and think about wider brand ecosystems.
The design team wished to ‘raise the ceiling’ by with a mini-conference showcasing the latest design knowledge and best practice, keeping the team at the cutting edge of their field and helping to fulfil their future-back aspirations..

Approach

Following a collaborative agenda design and curation process, we facilitated a virtual conference, supported by practical working sessions. Drawing upon our own networks of practitioners, renowned experts in their field, and internal experts within the organisation, we helped the team connect the dots, bringing forward existing knowledge and break down silos.
Following the programme, we encouraged the teams to integrate their new skills into live projects within the business. This approach ensured that the knowledge gained was applied, driving real-world impact and reinforcing their new abilities.

Internal and external networks leveraged which brought in first-class content and connected the team with subject-matter experts for future collaborations.
