We were asked to design an approach that would enable the smooth transition for staff on the journey from two schools to one.
Approach
After first co-creating a vision of the future school, through a series of 3 staff workshops, we then followed up to gain Graduate insights on this prospective change through an online survey and workshop.
Collective ownership of the new vision and strategy following a collaborative development process with the staff.
Alignment among the senior management team on what the merger would enable, and how it could be achieved.
