Existing innovation training was delivered through quarterly face-face innovation 'capability weeks'. In an organisation of 130,000 employees, this limited the ability to develop capabilities en masse.
Approach
We began by framing the challenge and uncovering employee training needs, and then iteratively developed, tested and launched a new employee-centred digital training platform, hosted on the business' staff intranet.
A fit-for-purpose online training portal and comprehensive 'ecosystem' of modules, that met 100% of learners' needs and line managers' expectations.
Better use of training resources in spending due to no longer running face to face capability weeks.
On-demand training experience for employees, accessible when learners need it not when the organisation wants to deliver it.
