Existing innovation training was delivered through quarterly face-face innovation 'capability weeks'. In an organisation of 130,000 employees, this limited the ability to develop capabilities en masse.
We began by framing the challenge and uncovering employee training needs, and then iteratively developed, tested and launched a new employee-centred digital training platform, hosted on the business' staff intranet.
