Her background spans entrepreneurship, marketing, and design, giving her a broad perspective on how organisations work, grow, and adapt. She thrives on bringing different viewpoints together, spotting patterns, and helping teams find clear direction when things feel messy.
Over her career, Yva has worked with organisations ranging from growing businesses to global enterprise brands. While focused on delivering sharp strategic direction, she always looks at the bigger picture. Her goal on any project is to ensure client teams don’t just receive deliverables, but build the internal clarity and confidence to move forward independently.
Before joining Graft, Yva ran her own marketing consultancy for eight years. She holds an MSc in Design for Business from DJCAD (University of Dundee) and a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise and Management Science from the University of Strathclyde.
Outside work, she is usually keeping up with her daughter Robyn and working cocker spaniel, Ginny—both unexpected teachers in patience, adaptation, and navigating change.
