Sam holds a BA in Industrial Design from Northumbria University, during which he also spent five months in Austria studying Information Design at FH-Joanneum in Graz. His final major project focused on helping people change their relationship with anxiety.
His previous experience includes a summer placement at WeAreMonsters, a Cape Town-based innovation studio, where he gained experience of applying design thinking to explore and create solutions for corporate clients across Africa’s developing countries.
Sam is Graft’s master baker and plant Dad, keeping us well stocked with sourdough and looking after our office jungle. He works hard and plays hard, putting his holidays to good use travelling to exotic places, and farming Christmas trees at the weekends.
