With a background in Product and Service System design, Iona brings a human-centred and analytical approach to crafting effective strategies, and maintains a drive to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
She holds a Masters of European Design (MDes), and has studied at both Köln International School of Design and Politecnico Di Milano.
An Edinburgh native, Iona is a keen adventurer and can often be found walking or cycling across the country. She recently completed her rock climbing instructor training, and is a budding aerial hoop artist.
