Melody is a user researcher and visual designer with a focus on ensuring users are at the heart of innovation processes, and their needs are central to business goals.

Melody holds a BA in Visual Design from Istanbul and a Masters Degree in Design Innovation with a specialism in Social Design from The Glasgow School of Art. Before joining Graft, Melody worked in-house in the innovation team at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Over her years at Graft, Melody has designed and executed a wide range of user research activities, in the UK, Europe and beyond, for our innovation strategy projects across clients.

With a blended heritage from Turkey and the UK, Melody has settled in Glasgow with her partner Kagan. She is a self-confessed foodie, a keen postcrosser, an enthusiast for all things Japanese, and definitely the coolest in the Graft fashion stakes.
